Update: As most Victorian practitioners will be aware, traditional ResCode has been heavily reworked. Most of the original clauses are now fully deemed-to-comply, with further changes for mid-rise development still to come. We are well placed to help your staff with this adjustment, with Stephen having been on the Technical Reference Group for the new version of clause 55. This course is aimed at planners new to Victorian Planning, such as those fresh out of university or those coming from another jurisdiction. It covers the basics of the provisions governing residential development.
Note this can optionally be paired with Absolute Beginners: Planning Permits and Assessment as the second part of an introduction to the system. For teams with more experience, we also offer Assessing Low Rise Residential Development.
